The Pricing System

Both breeds : "Lagotto Romagnolo" and "Chow-chow" are not allowed at Doggos Grooming. 

By contacting me to make an appointment, you fully accept the pricing conditions applied within the grooming salon.

The Simple Bath

What is included is : cutting claws, clipping paw pads,cleaning ears, ear hair removal (if necessary), 
hygiene (clipping the anus and private parts), detangling/deshedding (15 minutes free, thanks to this service), 
bathing (2 shampoos adapted to the animal's hair+ 1 conditionner if needed) , drying / blow-drying and a final brushing.

The Bath & The Clipper Cut

Une tonte sera réalisée selon le standard de la race de votre chien, votre demande, mais surtout selon l'état d'entretien de l'animal. 
Plusieurs longueurs sont utilisées : de 9.5mm à 5cm. Les longueurs plus courtes sont utilisées exclusivement sur des pelages emmêlés.
La prestation "Bain Simple" est incluse dans ce service (vous obtenez 5% de réduction sur le démêlage/débourrage grâce au bain).

The Bath & Scissors Cut

Une coupe aux ciseaux sera réalisée selon le standard de la race de votre chien, votre demande, mais surtout selon l'état d'entretien de l'animal. 
Plusieurs longueurs sont possibles.
La prestation "Bain Simple" est incluse dans ce service (vous obtenez 5% de réduction sur le démêlage/débourrage grâce au bain).

The Bain & The Trimming (Hair Plucking)

What is this ? To make it simple, it is an artificial deshedding which help the dog regenerate its coat.
In your dog's hair cycle, there are three phases : Anagen, Catagen and Telogen. The one that interests us here is the anagen phase, which occurs after the telogen phase. It is also possible to trim your dog at the very end of the telogen phase.
In fact, this is the moment when the hair "dies" and is completely detached from the papilla and the follicle. Plucking it at this moment will therefore be able to allow the new growth to develop and keep its protective qualities. 
The only way to treat this type of hair is to carry out discret but regular trimming !
The service "Simple Bath" is included in this service (you get 15 minutes of free detangling/deshedding thanks to the "Simple Bath" service).

The Simple Cut

Prestation WITHOUT bath.
A scissor cut or clipper cut will be done on your dog, as well as a brush out, according to the sandard of the breed and your need.

If your dog is extremely matted and that detangling proves impossible to "save" the fur, a complete shave will have to done.

Grooming For Cat

This includes : cutting claws, clipping the paw pads, cleaning the ears (if necessary), hygiene (clipping the anus if necessary), detangling/deshedding (10 minutes free)
The bath is only carried out on request and only if really necessary (2 shampoos suited for cats, Siberian Pine and Sage) , drying and a last brushing.

"Retail" Services

Services carried out alone when you do not wish a full groom in your dog or cat.
Some retail services can be done in addition to a full groom if desired.

Detangling/Deshedding

What is it?

• Deshedding consists of thorough brushing, combined with other grooming techniques, in order to remove all the dead undercoat of your dog or cat. It Is required during the times of the year when your four-legged companion loses most of dead hair, this is called shedding ! 
  Deshedding is ideally carried out two to three times a year, i.e. every 6 months or every 4 months.
  Dogs that shed all year round require more regular grooming, ideally every 6 to 8 weeks.
  

• Detangling consists using different grooming techniques to remove knots from your pets in the gentlest and least painful way possible. And yes! Because untangling your little furballs turns out to be not only painful, but also potentially dangerous depending on the severity of the knots.
